Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and, where you register on behalf of a business, be authorised to bind that business. You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

TenderMet analyses tender documents and provides decision-support tools including extracted requirements and deadlines, risk flags, Company Fit assessments, Bid Decision Scores and GO / REVIEW / NO-GO recommendations.

TenderMet does not guarantee that you will win a tender, be awarded a contract, qualify for any procurement process, pass any eligibility assessment, or achieve any particular commercial result. All outputs are informational only.

Analysis is produced using automated and AI-assisted technology. AI output can contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations of the source document. TenderMet output does not constitute and does not replace professional legal, procurement, financial or commercial advice. You remain solely responsible for reading the original tender documentation, verifying every requirement, deadline and obligation, and making your own commercial and bidding decisions. Scores and recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees.

• You must only upload documents you own or are otherwise authorised and permitted to upload, process and share, including any confidential or personal information they contain.
• You must not upload malware, attempt to breach security or access other users' data, reverse engineer or scrape the service, resell access without our written agreement, or use the service unlawfully.
• You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights or breach confidentiality obligations owed to a contracting authority or third party.

You retain all rights in the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse that content solely to provide the service to you.

We retain all rights in the TenderMet platform, software, models, scoring methodology, interfaces, branding and documentation. Analysis output generated for you may be used freely within your business, but the underlying platform and methodology remain ours.

• Free — £0, one tender analysis in total.
• Starter — £29 per month, 10 analyses per billing month.
• Professional — £79 per month, 30 analyses per billing month.
• Agency — £199 per month, 100 analyses per billing month.

Prices are in £ GBP. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each billing period. Your analysis allowance resets at the start of each billing period and unused analyses do not roll over.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. We may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds and may downgrade or cancel the subscription if it remains unpaid.

Each plan has an analysis limit which is enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent limits, sharing a single account across multiple businesses, or automated bulk usage that degrades the service for others is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted or retained in line with our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to third-party provider outages. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan we will give reasonable notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost or unsuccessful bids, lost business opportunity, wasted bid costs, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The service is provided to businesses; consumer rights are unaffected where they apply.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your uploading of documents or content you were not authorised to upload.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
